General Delivery info

  • Delivery Information

    • Order Processing: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (WAT) are processed and shipped within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

    • Domestic Delivery (Nigeria): Standard delivery within Nigeria takes 1–3 working days, depending on your location.

    • International Delivery: We ship worldwide. Delivery timelines vary between 5–10 working days depending on destination and customs clearance.

    Delivery Fees

    • Within Port Harcourt: ₦2,000 flat rate.

    • Other States in Nigeria: ₦4,500 flat rate.

    • Free Delivery: Orders above ₦150,000 within Rivers State.

    • International Orders: Calculated at checkout (duties/taxes may apply in your country).

    Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by high-demand periods, remote locations, or unforeseen circumstances such as weather and logistics delays.

    Returns & Exchanges

    We want you to be fully satisfied with your PhosDom purchase.

    • Return Window: You may return your order within 2 days of delivery if the item is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

    • Refunds/Exchanges: Refunds are issued within 3–5 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item. You can also request an exchange for another size or item of equal value.

    • Return Fees:

      • Returns due to defective or wrong items delivered are free of charge.

      • For all other returns, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

    Non-Returnable Items

    • Discounted or sale items (50% or more) are Final Sale.

    • Worn, washed, altered, or damaged items will not be accepted.

    How to Request a Return

    1. Contact our team within 48 hours of receiving your order.

    2. Our team will guide you through the process and issue a Return Authorization (RA) Number.

    3. Securely pack the item(s) with the RA Number clearly marked and send it back using a trusted courier.

    Eco-Friendly Packaging

    All PhosDom orders are shipped in eco-conscious packaging — protective wrapping. During high-volume periods (sales, promotions, or festive seasons), some items may arrive in simplified eco packaging.

    International Orders

    • PhosDom ships worldwide on a Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) basis. Customs fees, import taxes, or duties (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.

    • If an international order is undeliverable and returned, the customer will cover return shipping costs.

    • Please check your country’s import regulations before placing an order.
